Specialty/Experience: Being a former college athlete, I have always had a passion and commitment to working out and staying in shape. I help people of all ages and backgrounds, ranging from college athletes to busy moms and dads looking to build muscle or lose fat. My main goal is to help my clients reach their goals, in the smartest and most efficient way possible. I enjoy helping people follow a realistic program both in and out of the gym to help them create a sustainable lifestyle of their choice.
Favorite exercise: The first one of my workout when I have the most energy.
Favorite food indulgence: A thick crust pizza or a fat burrito smothered in queso. Also Chuy’s creamy jalapeno dip!
What/who inspires you? Thomas Edward Brady Jr.! Watching what he has done and the way he handles himself over the last 20+ years is something that is incredible to me. It has and it continues to have a positive effect on the way I try to live my life on a daily basis.
Interesting fact about you: I played college football for five years and won the 2011 National Championship. After graduating I took a job in live production for the sports network which initially brought me to Houston. I enjoy the nerdy stuff behind the camera, and I still freelance and cover the Rockets, Astros, and Dynamo!

Specialty/Experience: My specialty is functional strength training and hypertrophy training. I believe I can teach and coach movements and exercises in the gym that will transfer into real life activities. I like to design my workouts with some high intensity interval training (HIIT) and compound exercises.
Favorite exercise: Bench Press
Favorite food indulgence: Full rack of BBQ ribs with some sweet potato fries
Hobbies: I like playing guitar, live sports, I love to gamble, float the river with friends and go Bowling!
What/who inspires you?: My father inspires me to become a better person, I hope to one day be as successful as he is. I look up to him because he never gives up and he has overcome many obstacles.
Interesting fact about you: I almost lost one of my eyes playing baseball when I was young.

Interesting fact about you: I have lived in eight different states since I was 18. Traveled to Mexico twice before I learned any Spanish. Semi fluent in Spanish after 30 years old.

Specialty/Experience: After dancing competitively for 18 years, I developed my love for fitness, health and overall wellness. I am a rhythm-based Spin Instructor and have a passion for cardio, high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength endurance training and stretching. Tailoring plans to fit my clients' needs and goals is the key to results and something that's very important to me. I specialize in working with clients who are seeking weight loss, gaining strength and overall confidence.

What/who inspires you? People, who can stay kind, grateful and optimistic despite adversity; see a lesson in each failure; don’t give up.
Interesting fact about you: I came to the USA from Ukraine. Just 3 years ago I hated exercising. Becoming a mom made me more disciplined and inspired to start my fitness journey. At first, I was working out with the goal to lose weight, then I realized other benefits of exercising, such as improvements in energy levels, better mood, sleep, mental performance. My goal is to teach others about importance of weight training no matter of what age or gender they are.

Certifications/Education: NASM certified personal trainer Specialty/Experience: I enjoy helping people who want to build muscle and anyone looking to build up endurance through lifting or cardio. I played soccer all my life and through college, totaling 18 years! Sports performance is a big area of interest for me as well. Favorite Exercise: Leg press and anything involving the sled. I also love cardio! Anything to get the heart rate pumping. I find that doing a movement I enjoy is a great way to get my workout started and really sets the precedent for the rest of the session.
Favorite Food Indulgence: I am a sucker for some candy!
Hobbies: I am currently in law school so reading mostly, but I also enjoy reading for fun along with working out and baking.
What/Who inspires you? Someone that inspires me is my mom. She also played soccer and unfortunately had to have 5 knee surgeries as a result, but still makes time in her day to get at least an hour of working out in! My grandfather (who also played collegiate sports) has taught both her and I that it is all a mental game. If you go in with a negative mindset, you will perform poorly, but if you go in positively, you are going to do great!
Interesting fact about you: I was a collegiate level women's soccer coach right out of college and assisted with that for 2 years with the University of St. Thomas here in Houston. Never thought it was something that I would do but I ended up loving it and miss it every day.
