About Asia
Asia began practicing yoga in her 20s while teaching aerobics, but it wasn’t until a running injury in 2010 that she fully embraced the practice. She fell in love with how the asanas strengthened her body, improved flexibility and balance, and simultaneously cleared and focused her mind. Her vinyasa yoga classes are designed for all levels, offering options for both beginners and experienced yogis. Asia enjoys creating fun, dynamic sequences and encourages her students to listen to their bodies throughout the practice. Her hope is that her students will step off the mat feeling better than they started.
