About Aleece
As a personal trainer, Aleece's goal is to maximize the potential of all clients. She will provide helpful insight and tips on health living and life balance; assist clients of all ages in reaching their specialized individual goals in athletic performance, weight loss, increased endurance, muscle building and toning.
Aleece has worked in the fitness industry since 2006. She has her B.S. in Health Education, as well as studied personal training first through 24 Hour Fitness and then through The Cooper Institute. Aleece has worked for Stonebriar Country Club for 10 years. Born and raised in Southern California Aleece was a varsity athlete in high school in basketball, volleyball, and track. She had both of her knees reconstructed because of injuries sustained while playing basketball and soccer in high school and college. Through these experiences Aleece found a passion for training and rehabilitation.
Hulen Lam

About Hulen
Hulen Lam graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Business Finance. After owning his own company for 10 years, Hulen decided he wanted to help people achieve their own goals by focusing on health and fitness.
In 2009, Hulen became certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with his CPT and PES. He is also certified in Peak Pilates, US Weightlifting, and TPI Golf Fitness.
Hulen has been in the fitness industry for over 6 years as a personal trainer. Hulen has worked with a variety of clients where he designs their programs to help them achieve their individual fitness goals, ranging from weight loss, improving overall strength and flexibility, corrective rehabilitation, to sports conditioning. In addition, he integrates nutritional guidance into his clients' programs.
Aaron Ennis

About Aaron
Aaron Ennis received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He has been in the fitness industry for the past 9 years, helping people across their lifespan achieve their fitness goals. Aaron has experience working with children as well as adults in the areas of corrective exercise, weight loss, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), strength training and strength and conditioning.
He has earned a variety of certifications to ensure the best service for his clients including both Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning certifications through the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF). His other certifications include the American Council on Exercise (ACE) TRX Certification, and the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Exos Fitness Specialist Certification.
Curt Fitzgerald

About Curt
Curt Fitzgerald graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Curt strives to show his client’s the value of exercise to improve weight loss, muscle gain, stress, and overall well-being. He believes functional fitness is imperative to carry out daily activities and with improved core strength, flexibility and mobility exercises, daily activities become much simpler while diminishing risk of injury. Curt’s training philosophy is “it’s a lifestyle choice and should be about balance” and that the training program may be difficult, but it is essential for the overall purpose to be better humans. He strives to build relationships as well as motivate, improve confidence, and have fun with his clients on a regular basis. In Curt’s spare time he enjoys working out, golfing, spending time with family and friends, and being there for others.
Amanda Lynch

About Amanda
Amanda Lynch was born and raised in Southern California and attended college at University of California Riverside. She was a collegiate athlete and played Division 1 softball for four years. During her time at UC Riverside she set new records in the weight room for the Softball program and was recruited by USA Olympic lifting team during her senior year of college. She had great opportunity through softball to grow her passion for health and fitness. Amanda has been heavily involved in fitness for over 10 years. She has worked with personal trainer/ fitness coaches in the past that changed her life. These coaches helped her achieve a healthier lifestyle and she then grew that same passion for helping others reach their own health and fitness goals. Amanda specializes in strength training, weight loss, strength and conditioning and sport specific training. Amanda wants to be able to help her clients achieve confidence in the gym and looking forward to their workouts.
