Aleece Schwalenberg
Personal Trainer
Serving since 2010
About Aleece
I was born and raised in Southern California where I was a varsity athlete in high school in basketball, volleyball, and track. My degree is in Health Education with a minor in Kinesiology because I wanted to understand the science of sport performance. Through my own experience with knee injury, surgery, and rehabilitation I found a passion for improving strength, flexibility, conditioning and corrective rehabilitation not only for me but also helping others to improve their own overall health. Helping clients to assess their general health and encouraging them to determine achievable fitness goals and making them become realized is what makes my job the best job ever! I know what it takes because I have experienced injury and rehab. As an adult I ran a marathon in 2005. I love cycling on the Chisolm trails in Plano. I play competitive tennis in several leagues since moving to Texas, USTA, Metro, and TCD. The EVOLTscan is one of the most powerful fitness tools in the industry AND it’s available to Stonebriar members. As a professional trained to administer a scan, I can help you understand your results and help you use those results to become a healthier you! The scan provides key information on Bio age, Bio wellness, BMR, and macro nutrient goals. Whether your goal is to rehab an injury, improve your fitness for a competition, or just to maintain your daily living standards, I am ready to take on your challenge!

Curt Fitzgerald
Personal Trainer
Serving since 2021
About Curt
I grew up playing all types of sports including football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and track so working with young athletes has always been a passion of mine. I graduated from the University of North Texas where I majored in Kinesiology with a concentration in Fitness Management. My eyes were opened when I started working at Cooper Aerobics Center to the need for Functionality in fitness. From there I took courses and started job shadowing trainers on how to learn more about it. Flexibility, stability, and mobility are the foundation of any exercise program in my opinion and should be worked on with every individual. Over time, people diminish these aspects of their life which leads to injuries and stiffness so it's important to get that mind-body connection back. In addition, I had the pleasure of working alongside a trainer who is world renown for FMS (Functional Movement Systems). With FMS we can determine a person's level of functionality and rate them based on this. Once this test is completed, I take my findings and create a program based on corrective strategies to help each person regain normal functionality with their body. In conclusion, someone looking to build muscle, lose body fat, gain functionality, or proper stabilization to improve daily life, I'd be happy to help!
