How to Create a Coaching Culture in Your Business and Boost Productivity Regardless of where you sit in the org chart of an organization, there is so much more to you as a person and your professional journey. But how many of us have wondered before, “Why am I here?”, “Am I doing a good job?”, or “Where am I headed in my career?” What if we could improve employee engagement and productivity just by learning to have better, more purposeful conversations with our people? In this two-part workshop, organizational health consultant and leadership coach, Will Spokes, will introduce us to a tool built for coaching conversations with employees and help us explore ways to apply it in our businesses. About the Speaker, Will Spokes: Will is the Founder and Chief Joy Officer of Work Wonder, an organizational health consultancy that equips leaders to build people-first cultures producing healthy, high-performing organizations. Will has 20+ years of organizational experience, including establishing and growing a non-profit start-up, generating and executing on growth strategies, navigating organizational crises, and leading organizational transformation.
