Welcome to Chantilly National
Before Chantilly National became the area’s leading country club, it was a dairy farm owned by John Rose and his son, Roy. From 1921 to 1951, the Roses tended livestock where our Members gather, and in 1937 built the barn that serves as our beloved clubhouse. The Roses sold their farm in 1951 to the Wimsatt Farm Syndicate, and in 1958 the Kena Temple Shriners of Alexandria bought the land. Construction began in 1959 under famed local golf course architect Ed Ault, and the course opened for play on Memorial Day, 1960. Steeped in history, Chantilly National remains a pillar of the community.
Everything was exceptional...course, food, drinks, service perfect Sunday.
