We've taken the private club experience to a whole new level

Centre Club is situated on the 8th floor of the Urban Centre parking structure at Kennedy and Westshore Boulevards. Our Club facilities include a delightful Bentley's lounge, spacious Origin dining room, and a number of beautifully decorated private dining and meeting rooms. The Club can accommodate a vast array of events including large weddings, Member mixers and small intimate dinners - all with panoramic views of the Tampa Bay area.

The use of art and sculpture, lighting and landscaping create an atmosphere of comfort and elegance for our Members and guests

Ybor Boardroom | Conduct business in our power boardroom equipped with a million-dollar view of Tampa and a brand-new TV to handle all your technology needs.

Urban Boardroom | Our newest boardroom features two 65" TVs, leather-bound roller chairs and a square boardroom table that holds 16 people

Gallery Boardroom | Dedicated to the McDonald Foundation that supports people with special needs finding work in the community. The room is equipped with a 55" TV and seating for 10 people. 

Origins Lounge | Enjoy your new anytime, all occasion, dining and craft cocktails scene. Brand new bar, new menu created with a modern Floribbean flair, and expanded local beer, wine and craft cocktail selections.

Productivity Space | Get your work done in the new, intuitively useful work zones, where you can drop in and be productive.

My Touchdown Rooms | Close the deal, conduct an interview, arrange a small meeting, or get your work done in a private setting.

Ping Pong & Shuffleboard | Settle the deal or relax and engage with other members over a friendly ping pong match or game of shuffleboard.

Club Events | Join monthly committee meetings, member happenings, cooking demonstrations, Wine Down Wednesday, Cocktails and Connections, Young Executive Happy Hours, and more anytime at the club.

Private Event Space | Host a reception for your clients in Bentley’s Lounge, celebrate your birthday in one of our Bayview rooms, host a business meeting in YBor Boardroom or arrange a celebration in Bayview Ballroom.

Dress Code

While traditional business attire is always appropriate, business casual is also welcome at the club.

Denim
Denim or “nice” jeans are permitted in Origins. The denim may not be faded or torn. A collared or banded-neck dress shirt or sweater must be worn with denim. No T-shirts, tank tops, tank-style undershirts or halter-tops are allowed, regardless of logo or imprint.

Jackets
Jackets are preferred for men in the dining areas of the Club during the evening. Ladies are asked to use discretion in the Origins Dining. 

Shoes
Tennis shoes, sneakers (unless worn for medical reasons), flip-flops and other casual shoes are not permitted. Shorts, sweat suits, jogging/tennis and other athletic attire are never permitted. Members and guests will be turned away if dressed inappropriately.

The intent of the dress code is to maintain an environment that is comfortable to all Members and conducive to a private business club. As always, it is the responsibility of each Member to ensure that invited guests are made aware of our dress code. 

The Member host of a private event determines the appropriate attire for the event within the Club’s guidelines. 

History

A tradition of excellence since 1984

Led by Founding Board of Governors Chairman Lee Bentley, Centre Club was established in 1984 to set the standard of excellence for Tampa Bay business professionals and community leaders. The Founding Board invited select candidates to form the founding membership – people of distinction who appreciate the special amenities of a place of privilege.

These standards are preserved today, by the Members and staff who foster the warm, welcoming atmosphere of a private club.
